SEWING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All garments and accessories are custom-made to order based on the information, measurements, and design details provided by the client. For clients unable to visit my studio, I will provide regular progress updates via photos and video throughout the creation process.

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.

Any changes to design, measurements, materials, or construction after approval may result in additional charges.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required before work commences.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to completion and dispatch.

Work will not begin, and items will not be shipped, until payment requirements are met.

Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your booking and cover time, preparation, and materials.

Once fabric is cut or construction has commenced, the deposit is forfeited.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

I am not responsible for fit issues resulting from:

Incorrect measurements

Weight fluctuation

Body shape changes

Client preference changes after completion

Alterations required due to measurement errors are not included and will be quoted separately.

Once a design, fabric, or construction method is approved, changes may not be possible.

If changes are requested, additional costs and time may apply.

Timeframes provided are estimates and may vary depending on:

Workload

Material availability

Design complexity

Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Risk passes to the client once the item has been dispatched.

Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

If a job is cancelled after work has commenced:

The deposit is forfeited

Additional charges may apply for work already completed

Due to the custom nature of the work:

No refunds or returns are offered on custom-made items

This includes bridal, formal wear, veils, and made-to-measure garments
